ビビンバというのは、混ぜて食べる（ビビン）ご飯（バ）という意味です。ですから、ご飯の白い部分がなくなるまでよく混ぜて食べるのが本来の食べ方です。そうしないとビビンバのおいしさを十分に味わうことができません。

Bibimbap means rice(bap) that is mixed together(bibim). Therefore, the genuine way to eat bibimbap is to mix the rice well until the white part of the rice is no longer visible. Otherwise, you cannot appreciate the full flavour of the bibimbap.
